Attitude and Effort
After receiving his diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, Ken Brown did not let himself think that he wouldn’t survive.
When his oncologist proposed the new (at the time) option of chemotherapy before surgery, he jumped at the chance to do anything to increase his chances. After recovering from treatment, Ken went on to climb Mount Kilimanjaro with his oncologist, and has since participated in sprint triathlons. Ken lets nothing stop him.
