A New Bright Future

When John O’Grady was going through treatment, he would wrap himself in a blanket and think about the time when treatment would be behind him.

To share that feeling with others, John learned how to make quilts! His quilts are now locally famous, and a part of his outreach to current patients. He gives back in many ways, now as the chair for PanCAN’s Purple Stride in Hampton Roads, Virginia, near his home.
