Jennie Fortunoff

Jennie Fortunoff, President of Esterow Events & Consulting, Inc., a full-service event planning company based in New York, NY, is proud to serve on the board in honor of her late husband, Louis W. Fortunoff, who succumbed to pancreatic cancer at the young age of 47, in 2012. Jennie brings extensive experience to her new role having coordinated high-profile political campaign events for former New York City Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, among others. Her nonprofit leadership includes organizing and managing events for Barnard College and NARAL ProChoice New York. Jennie has been a supporter of the Lustgarten Foundation since her husband’s diagnosis and last year hosted the Louis W. Fortunoff Family Fun Day at Old Westbury Gardens in Westbury, NY. More than 700 people attended this special event and the day raised nearly $400,000 for the Lustgarten Foundation. Jennie holds a BA in Political Science from the State University of New York.
