Cindy Price Gavin

Cindy Price Gavin brings to Let’s Win over 30 years of professional experience in the nonprofit and financial services fields. Prior to joining Let’s Win, Cindy was the founding Executive Director of Michael’s Mission, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on improving the quality of life and treatment options for patients struggling with colorectal cancer.
In her role as the Founding Executive Director, Cindy has been instrumental in the growth of Let’s Win and is responsible for program development, fundraising, and day-to-day operations. Under her leadership, Let’s Win launched a comprehensive, user-friendly web-based platform. Since then, Let’s Win has emerged as a leader in patient education about treatment options, and has won awards, including induction into the PR News Platinum Hall of Fame and the Biden Cancer Initiative FIERCE Award for Leadership through Exemplary and Awesome Purpose (LEAP).
Prior to joining the nonprofit field, Cindy was a partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ New York Financial Services assurance practice and led many of the firm’s initiatives in the areas of People, Quality and Corporate Responsibility. In 2011, Cindy was nominated by PwC to receive United Way’s The Power of Women to Make a Difference Award.
Cindy serves on the board of directors of the Ronald McDonald House of New York, the Rodeph Sholom School, and the POLG Foundation. She also serves on the Leadership Council of the East Harlem Tutorial Program and The Basser Center for BRCA at Penn Medicine. Cindy served as a trustee for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (“LLS”) from 1999-2017 and the PwC Foundation from 2010-2012.
Cindy has participated in twenty marathons with Team In Training (“TNT”) and has served as the Captain of numerous Corporate TNT Teams which have raised significant funds for LLS. In May 2016, Cindy was honored at the LOL for LLS event for her commitment as a board member, advocate, and champion of LLS.
