Let’s Win! Pancreatic Cancer Foundation Appoints Two New Board Members
Let’s Win! Pancreatic Cancer Foundation is proud to announce the appointment of David Glauber and Sergeant Elvin Howard, Jr. to its Board of Directors, effective July 2020.
Mr. Glauber and Sgt. Howard each lost a parent to pancreatic cancer and are committed to advocacy and education about better treatment options for this disease.

Howard bring unique perspectives, both personally and professionally, to Let’s Win,” said Let’s Win Board Chair Willa Shalit. “We are honored to have their continued support and insight from personal experience as we help current and future patients and families navigate a difficult journey with pancreatic cancer.”
David Glauber, the son of Let’s Win’s late co-founder Anne Glauber, brings direct experience as a caretaker to the Board. He has worked in children’s media as a producer, content executive, and team leader for the past 10 years, with Sesame Workshop, Toca Boca, NBCU, and now The Dodo. His projects have spanned digital, mobile, and linear platforms and have reached hundreds of millions of children.
Sgt. Elvin Howard, Jr. is the President of Elvin Howard, Sr. Pancreatic Cancer Advocacy Foundation, created in honor of his late father, Elvin Howard, Sr. The foundation’s mission is to raise awareness and advocate for pancreatic cancer survivors and their families. Sgt. Howard is a 21-year veteran of the Baton Rouge Police Department and is currently the commander of the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Mayor Security Detail. He is also the ReCAST Coordinator for the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Community Services Division and is on the department’s leadership committee.
