Association Between Changes in Body Composition and Neoadjuvant Treatment for Pancreatic Cancer

In this retrospective cohort study conducted at four academic medical centers, researchers ascertained if neoadjuvant treatment (NT) affects muscle mass and adipose tissue in patients with borderline resectable pancreatic cancer and locally advanced pancreatic cancer, and determined whether there were potential differences between patients who ultimately had resection vs those who did not.
