Roger Peterson has over 35 years of highly diverse business experience, including leadership roles in a variety of industries—healthcare, beauty, nutrition, hearing health, and business ownership. With over 30 years of successful sales leadership experience in both large and small operations, Roger brings to the mix rich diversity of thought and approach given his multidisciplinary and multifunctional background, with time spent in marketing, sales operations, analytics, category management, and sales training.

Most recently, Roger served as president of BEACON Sales Advisory Group, a company he founded in 2020. In this role he worked with small to mid-sized companies seeking quality sales leadership assistance. With Roger’s help, his clients saw improved sales results and lead generation efforts. These engagements led to elevated company topline results.

Most of Roger’s career was spent at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) within the consumer and pharma sectors in a variety of sales and marketing capacities. In his 24 years at J&J, Roger spent 13 years in consumer sales and marketing and 11 years in pharmaceutical sales leadership, marketing, and strategic customer group.

Roger earned his Bachelor of Science from Drake University and his M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace University. He and his wife, Amber, reside in the Philadelphia area. Roger has two adult daughters who reside in Philadelphia.
